      台達電 SEA Region 招募主管 (常駐泰國)

      工作內容

      Strategy

      • Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs to recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed
      • Join in workforce planning, and coordinate the recruitment plan across the SEA region
      • Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems in the SEA Region
      • Manage the hiring goals and develop recruitment strategies, employer branding, and hiring plans to meet the goals

      Regular Job

      • Optimize the hiring process to ensure that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost-effective manner
      • Sources and develop a pipeline of candidates against job requirements
      • Coordinate with related parties for global recruitment requirements
      • Support for the customer or internal audit meeting for the recruitment portion
      • Newcomer onboarding process management
      • Global talents acquisition from oversea to Thailand or other SEA countries

      Employer Branding

      • Utilize networking and sourcing resources, including social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness
      • Build and implement an effective campus/ university recruiting relations strategy (International Exchange Program, Internship Program, Job Fairs, MoU) as required

      其他條件

      • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, or other related fields
      • Minimum 5 years of working experience in recruitment and employer branding
      • Business level in English communication skill
      • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases
      • Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
      • Willingness to learn and take risks to deliver exceptional results
      • Able to work under pressure and handle performance targets
