校園徵才（Campus Recruiting）：用來吸引並與應屆畢業生互動的一系列活動，目的是在他們畢業時能招募他們加入公司。the act of attracting and engaging with university students, with the hopes of eventually hiring them upon graduation.
公司說明會（Employer Information Session）：公司在學校舉辦的非正式會議，用來與潛在應徵者見面，通常會介紹公司和工作機會，並讓有興趣的學生問問題。an open meeting scheduled by an organization to meet with potential candidates in a more informal setting. Most organizations present on their company and opportunities and allow interested students to ask questions and meet with their recruiters.
篩選（screening／shortlisting）：淘汰不符合基本條件的應徵者，選出合適者進入下一階段面試。Screening is eliminating candidates who don’t qualify the basic expectations even though they might be eligible. Shortlisting is having a few good candidates who are eligible, qualified and meet most of the requirements.
一對多團體面談（Panel Interview）：一種包含一位應徵者和多位面試官的面談方式，通常由不同部門的主管和HR組成。a type of interview which includes one applicant and several interviewers, often representatives of different departments within a company like the hiring manager and a member of the human resource recruitment team.
